Growing up in Southern California, I have a certain ‘vibe’. It’s more informal than some in high level leadership positions might be used to. I’m down to earth. I like to laugh, have fun, and enjoy life. But in the same conversation, I am very capable to challenge and be quite direct. It’s who I am and I’m quite comfortable in my skin.
I live out my convictions of belief, ownership, resilience, and discipline. Living these convictions daily has allowed me to build a coaching practice of invitation and referral clients that desire to live with freedom.
After spending more than 20 years as a pastor and leader, I have coached, mentored, and trained hundreds of people. Leadership is my passion. As John Maxwell said, “Everything rises and falls on leadership.” I believe that to be true and, intuitively, you believe it is true too.
