My name is Jason Rhoads

I’ve always believed that the most powerful lessons don’t come from a classroom or a boardroom — they come from experience. From stepping into the unknown, testing your limits, and discovering who you really are when things get uncomfortable.

But that belief wasn’t just something I started teaching; it was something I had to live (it was something I was living out).

Over the years, I’ve faced my own share of setbacks and challenges — moments that tested my resilience, discipline, and courage. In work, in life, and in family, I’ve learned that growth rarely, if ever, happens when everything is comfortable. It happens when you step outside of what feels safe and choose to keep moving forward anyway.

At the heart of it all is my family. I’m a husband, a dad, and someone who wants to model for my girls what it looks like to live with integrity, grit, and freedom. They’re my “why,” and the reason I get up every day to keep pushing myself and the people I work with toward something bigger.

That’s what brought me to coaching. Adventure became the vehicle — not just because I love the outdoors, but because it strips away distractions and helps people reconnect with what truly matters. When the body moves, the brain works different. In that space, people find clarity, courage, and direction they didn’t know they had.

Today, I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and leaders who are ready to push beyond comfort and discover what they’re truly capable of. Whether it’s one-on-one coaching, a retreat in the wild, or a six-week sprint, my work is about guiding people through the same kind of transformation that has shaped my own life.

Because at the end of the day, it’s not just about achieving more — it’s about becoming more.
