You’ve built a life, a business, a career. You work hard. And yet, there’s still that question: “Am I truly living? Am I operating at my edge? Am I leading with courage and clarity?” The freedom you’re looking for isn’t found in spreadsheets, office walls, or even hard work alone. It’s a deeper freedom — Eleutheria — a Greek word meaning live as you should, not as you please. To Live as you should is purposeful, meaningful, and aligned with your deepest values.
How Adventure Coaching Works
Adventure Coaching takes you out of the comfort zone — literally.
Sessions happen while being active alongside me: hiking, trail running, mountain biking, paddleboarding, climbing, and more. Because when the body moves, the brain works different.
This isn’t just a workout. It’s a conversation in motion — designed to uncover clarity in life, work, and relationships. Sometimes sessions are an hour or two on a trail. Sometimes they’re multi-day retreats, custom-built to explore the edges of what’s possible for you.
What You Gain
Through Adventure Coaching, you will:
- Discover clarity about what truly matters in your life, work, and relationships.
- Build resilience, discipline, and courage through deliberate challenge.
- Step beyond comfort to confront fear and uncover hidden potential.
- Begin living with purpose — a life aligned with Eleutheria.
This work requires action. You have to be willing to Do The Hard Things. To push beyond comfort. To lean into the edge of possibility. That’s where transformation happens.
